We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team, to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality care are essential.

- 35p mileage allowance
- Minimum 1-hour calls – giving you time to deliver quality care, no rushed visits

- 4 days a week (between Mon–Fri one week and between Mon–Sun the next)
- Potential to do some sleeps at £13.00 per hour as and when required (not essential)
Requirements
- Previous experience in a home care setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding towards clients' needs.
