What You’ll Be Doing (Care, Connection & Kindness)
- Providing genuine companionship — sharing conversation, enjoying a cup of tea, and bringing warmth and connection as brighter spring days arrive.
- Supporting daily routines such as dressing, personal care, bathing, and grooming — helping clients start their day feeling comfortable, confident, and ready for what the day brings.
- Preparing nourishing meals — from light lunches to comforting evening meals that support health and wellbeing.
- Offering medication reminders (full training provided) to help clients stay on track with their health routines.
- Helping with light household tasks — keeping homes safe, tidy, and welcoming as we move into the new season.
- Providing reassurance and emotional support — being a calm, reliable presence who clients look forward to seeing.
- Completing simple care notes so families and the wider team can stay informed and continue providing the best support
