As a Retail Performance Controller, you will play a key role in elevating store performance across the region by leading comprehensive KPI analytics, P&L reviews, and operational efficiency assessments. You will partner closely with Store Teams to provide clear, actionable insights that strengthen commercial decision‑making, highlight operational risks, and drive continuous improvement. In this role, you will also develop performance narratives and data‑driven staffing efficiency recommendations that support sustainable, profitable growth across the retail network.
What you will do:
Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of store performance across all markets to identify sales trends & operational trends, risks, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with sales plans developed by the Business Planning Controller.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with key stakeholders (i.e. Regional Commercial, Store Teams) to ensure that all operational metrics is in sync with the sales plan and strategic business initiatives.
KPI Monitoring: Continuously review and analyse key KPIs visitor flows, salary %, and store efficiencies across markets, ensuring alignment with overall sales plans developed by the Business Planning Controller.
Actionable Insights: Generate key insights and actionable recommendations on a weekly and monthly basis to store teams. Support Store teams with performance narratives and data to improve operational execution and achieve targets.
Operational Reporting: Consolidate and streamline operational reports from across all regions to create a single source of truth.
