As a Retail Operations Controller, you will play a central role in optimizing retail performance by driving operational analysis, cost control, and process efficiency across all markets in the region. You will partner closely with Store Operations, Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, and Expansion teams to ensure that operational planning and execution are aligned with commercial priorities and store‑level goals. In this role, you will deliver clear insights, identify operational risks and opportunities, and support the development of streamlined, scalable processes that enhance productivity, elevate store execution, and contribute to sustainable business growth.
What you will do:
Workforce Planning: Lead the coordination of staff scheduling (i.e. Sales Advisors, Visual Merchandising, Store Management) in alignment with business needs and traffic patterns, developed by the Business Planning & Performance Analysis Controllers
Recruitment Planning: Align with Human Resource / Talent Acquisition team to provide recommendations to optimize headcount placement (i.e. Full-time vs. Part-time ratio), in line with sales performance & plan
Invoice Management: Monitor and manage invoice flows to ensure timely and accurate cost booking
Delivery Planning: Track and optimize delivery schedules, frequency & reduce inefficiencies in the supply chain process
Compliance & Auditing: Guarantee 100% compliance with security audits and stock take procedures.
