About the role
Weâre now looking for a Customer Care Specialist â Front of House (Day) to be the face of our Edinburgh property and play a key role in delivering a great living experience for our residents, and supporting day-to-day operations.
As the first point of contact in the building, youâll create a warm and professional environment for residents, visitors, and contractors. Youâll combine customer service, practical problem-solving, and day-to-day operational support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Working hours are 7am to 7pm on a four-on, four-off rolling rota, covering Monday to Sunday. This includes regular weekend shifts and bank holidays as part of the standard working pattern.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. Youâll balance front desk responsibilities with building checks, resident support, maintenance tasks, and coordination of services.
Key Responsibilities
This is a hands-on, operational role that goes beyond traditional front-of-house duties, with responsibility for maintaining building standards, acting as the first point of response on shift, and serving as the eyes and ears of the building. A more detailed job description will be shared.
