This role is a cornerstone of Experian's commitment to consumer empowerment. The aim is to ensure that individuals can access and understand their financial data and make balanced decisions - which in turn is essential for a healthy economy. This role should be performed as minijob or working student job with a content of 10-20 hours per week, and it is a temporary position for six months.
Main responsibilities, tasks, duties:
- Engaging directly with consumers as the face of Experian to provide them with important information about their financial health
- Handle data access requests in compliance with data protection laws to ensure the highest levels of confidentiality and security
- Support our customer service team with email inquiries, adhering to our strict standards
- Contribute to our mission of using technology to create a better future - in every interaction with our stakeholders (e.g. use of our ticketing system)
- Participate in training to stay up to date with bureaucratic processes and continuously improve the consumer experience.
