The Digital Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and operational readiness of Digital data pipelines and partner integrations. The role combines production run monitoring, small-scale operational engineering, and hands-on onboarding of new partners and data feeds. You will work with Engineering, QA, Product, and external partners to maintain seamless daily operations and help grow Digital platforms. Reporting into the Digital Operations Manager.
What you'll do:
Production Run Monitoring
- Monitor daily AWS, Airflow and EMS production workflows.
- Identify and resolve run failures; perform basic diagnostics and impact assessment.
- Manage incidents (ServiceNow/Jira) and provide stakeholder updates.
- Maintain dashboards, alerts and operational runbooks.
Small Fixes & Operational Engineering
- Investigate and resolve minor production issues (Python fixes, config updates, permissions).
- Apply quick operational adjustments without full engineering cycles.
- Maintain small automation scripts and utilities.
- Collaborate with Engineering for complex defects.
Onboarding New Partners and Data Feeds
- Set up partner environments using templated AWS/Airflow/EMS configurations.
- Validate test feeds, schemas, formats and data quality.
- Configure ingestion pipelines and support first鈥憆un execution.
- Document onboarding steps and ensure smooth transition to BAU.
