We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support and report directly to the CEO of TSSI (Technology Software Services & Innovation). This is a highly visible role within a global organization, offering the opportunity to work closely with a CEO who leads across regions, time zones, and functions.
Based in the New York City metro area, you will play a key role in helping the CEO operate effectively by providing thoughtful support, strong organization, and coordination across strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
Executive Partnership & Prioritization
- Manage a complex, global calendar across time zones, balancing priorities and resolving conflicts
- Coordinate high鈥憊olume meetings with internal leaders, the Board, and external stakeholders
- Prepare the CEO with briefings, materials, and context to support effective decision鈥憁aking
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, balancing access while maintaining strong relationships
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leaders, Board members, and external partners
- Build trusted relationships across functions and geographies to support alignment and execution
Communications & Documentation
- Draft and review executive鈥憀evel emails, presentations, and documents
- Prepare meeting briefs, talking points, and follow鈥憉ps, ensuring clarity and accuracy
Travel, Events & Logistics
- Manage complex international travel with detailed itineraries and contingency planning
- Coordinate logistics for Board meetings, leadership events, and key engagements
- Support planning and execution of leadership offsites and strategic events
Operational Excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive day鈥憈o鈥慸ay efficiency
