Identity & Fraud (ID&F) is one of the most vibrant business units of Credit and Verification Services, currently undergoing the most remarkable Digital Transformation across its product line-up.
It is a particularly exciting and pivotal time for ID&F as we begin modernising our applications into microservices and deploying them into the cloud, as well as continuing to grow our new product offerings.
Reporting into our Programme Director you will be part of a high-performing team delivering against our strategic direction and ensuring the readiness and maintenance of software.
You will work closely with our Software Engineering team and our Experian business with Service and Security specialist to manage the end to end lifecycle of the technical delivery programs, application security and risk management activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical integration of acquired products into the existing enterprise ecosystem, ensuring alignment with strategic, architectural, and operational goals.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive integration roadmap, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and success criteria.
- Manage multiple workstreams across infrastructure, application, data, and identity domains, ensuring quality delivery.
- Drive agile or hybrid delivery practices.
Technical Oversight
- Ensure integration activities adhere to enterprise standards for security, scalability, performance, and compliance.
- Coordinate technical due diligence and gap analysis to identify integration blockers and opportunities for rationalisation or enhancement.
Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across systems and teams.
- Escalate critical blockers and propose actionable solutions.
- Provide regular updates to executive sponsors and steering committees, including progress reports, KPIs, and risk assessments.
- Maintain clear documentation of integration decisions, architecture changes, and technical debt implications.
- Support change management activities including training, communications, and stakeholder onboarding to ensure smooth adoption of integrated systems.
