As a detail-oriented and collaborative HR Business Partner, you will support FLINT鈥檚 operations and business units. This role is responsible for offering strategic HR guidance on various issues, ensuring alignment with company policies, and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall business environment.
