As a Project Controls Administrator you will be on-site role responsible for supporting the Turnaround/Project Manager in delivering effective project controls across the full project lifecycle. This position plays a hands-on role in cost control, scheduling, change management, and reporting โ ensuring the project team has accurate, timely information to make sound decisions and maintain project performance
What would you be doing?
- Monitor and control project costs, including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
- Review and process invoices, timesheets, and vendor billings to maintain accurate cost capture
- Analyze project performance (cost and productivity) and provide regular reports to the project team
- Maintain and update project schedules, tracking progress, risks, and critical path impacts
- Support short-term planning with look-aheads and collaborate with field teams on execution
- Track and manage project changes, ensuring impacts are documented and reflected in cost and schedule forecasts
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders while supporting on-site communication and reporting
