As an Analysis & Data Engineer, youâll play a vital role in transforming complex data into meaningful, actionable insight that supports safe and efficient nuclear operations. Working within Nuclear Operations and IT Services, youâll contribute to EDFâs journey towards An Electric Britain by delivering scalable, user-centred data platforms that enhance operational performance, predictive capability, and long-term sustainability.
Youâll collaborate across engineering, operations, maintenance, and compliance, enabling smarter, data-driven decision-making in a critical national environment.
This is a primarily remote role, with the opportunity to connect and collaborate in person at our Gloucester Business Park office once or twice a month. These sessions are designed for planning, innovation, and strengthening team relationships, giving you the flexibility to work from home while staying closely aligned with colleagues and stakeholders.

Weâre looking for an Analytics & Data Engineer who thrives in complex, regulated environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality, scalable data solutions. You bring a strong foundation in data engineering and analytics, combined with a disciplined approach to governance, quality, and collaboration. Are you experienced inâŚ?
To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Clearance (SC), which will, ordinarily, require you to have British residency for the last five years.
Pay, Benefits and Culture
We are offering a starting salary of between ÂŁ47,513 and ÂŁ84,595, with terms and conditions covered by the EDF Nuclear Generation Company Agreement. The starting salary for the appointment will be dependent on your existing salary, competence, experience and qualifications.
