Looking for a rewarding career in early childhood intervention?
We are seeking an Early Years Specialist with an Allied Health background, and strongly encourage Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists to apply.
You will join a diverse, multidisciplinary team of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers and Inclusive Education specialists, supporting young children and their families during the critical early years within the NDIS Early Childhood Approach (ECA).
In this role, you will:

- Empower families, caregivers, and professionals, building their skills and confidence through coaching in everyday environments
- Connect children and families with their community to support inclusion and meaningful participation
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of conversations, developmental progress, and goals within the NDIA business system
- Guide families through the NDIS journey, including application, implementation, and funding processes
We’re particularly keen to hear from Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists with experience in early childhood intervention, specialist early childhood settings or Schools for Specific Purposes (SSP), and a strong understanding of early developmental milestones.
Who we're looking for
- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
- Current AHPRA registration (OT) or Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership
- Expert knowledge of child development with the ability to identify developmental concerns
- A proven track record supporting children and families with developmental delays and disabilities, including practical strategies for use at home and in other settings
- Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach, early childhood intervention best‑practice principles, and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
