In this vital role, you'll drive impactful orientation and ongoing training programs, directly supporting our Operations teams and empowering employees to grow their skills and careers.
As TD Supervisor, you'll lead a team of trainers across multiple sites, ensuring consistent, compliant, and engaging training experiences. You鈥檒l also help shape the future of the Talent Development department; this role is a great fit for someone ready to grow into future strategic or leadership opportunities.
What You鈥檒l Do:
- Lead & Coach: Supervise regional training staff, provide ongoing coaching, and support professional development through evaluations and mentorship.
- Drive Training Excellence: Oversee New Staff Orientation (NSO) and continuing education programs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Design & Develop: Create and update engaging training content, manuals, and resources aligned with adult learning principles.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Operations, HR, and leadership teams to identify skill gaps and prioritize training initiatives.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain instructor certifications and ensure all training aligns with policies, regulations, and Dungarvin鈥檚 service philosophy.
- Track & Improve: Monitor training effectiveness using feedback and key metrics like completion rates, certifications, and learner satisfaction.
- Leverage Technology: Utilize Learning Management Systems and training software to deliver, track, and analyze training across multiple locations.
- Maintain Records: Ensure accurate documentation of training activities, certifications, and billing (where applicable).
