g Close monitoring of competitors activities in market during customer visits.
h Generating After Market business with End User/OEM - Promote Repair Service, Spares sales and retrofit/upgrade of equipments.
i Close collaboration with other service colleagues as well as sales team.
j Technical training to customers for Installation and Maintenance related topics.
k Generate Service Awareness at End Users and create ownership with them for their hydraulic equipments.
