Job Description

You will assist our multinational HR department with administrative support in Payroll
You will develop experience working in one of the functional areas with the opportunity to work on cross-functional tasks as well.
You will be working side-by-side with experienced HR colleagues in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Sick leave paper and other social insurance related documents handling
Processing the requests of the employees
Supporting the full-time colleagues in different processes (e.g. exit, monthly payroll)
Arranging the post
Archiving
Ad-hoc administrative tasks
