Guide local SCMo team for implementation and cyclic improvement integrated in system CIP approach

• Competence Center Development:

Establish and maintain a competence center for Lean tools and methods, providing guidance and support to teams across various functions.

• Training and Development:

Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the understanding and application of Lean methodologies among employees.

• Cross-Plant Assessments:

Facilitate cross-assessments among different plants to share best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
