1/ Receptionist (20%)
- Greet and assist visitors following our visitor management system
- Handle incoming calls
- Manage mail (incoming and outgoing) and maintain records for both HCMC and Hanoi offices
2/ Administration tasks (70%)
- Printing and managing employee access cards
- Handling building access card access with parking services
- Coordinating with vendor as a Point of contact for general admin services including: Courier services, Company taxi cards, Company phone number, Meeting room stationeries, Printing cartridges, Pantry supplies and drinking water, Landscaping and Cleaning services
- Assist with payment process for all services
- Other admin duties as requested from Supervisor
3/ Operational support (10%)
- Conduct daily office walking inspections
- Supporting event/workshop related visitor management and site security
- Escorting vendor while doing maintenance and repair work on site
