Your contribution to something big:
As SuccessFactors Support Specialist, you will play an important role, by having an umbrella view over the system landscape and data flows, analyzing the issues interacting with further support teams, connecting the right dots, and at the end helping our users in a fast & efficient way. You would assume the following responsibilities:
- Perform 2nd level support activities in SuccessFactors in close collaboration with the IT Support team as well with further support members of connected systems, e.g. all local HR systems;
- Assure support activities, incl. Ticketing (analyze, solve, coordinate with other support teams) in an efficient and customer orientated way;
- Have an umbrella view and knowledge, how systems are connected and data flows.
