As a GRC Hub Low-Code Process Architect, you will be a key contributor to our team, leveraging the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Hub (GRC Hub) to standardize and optimize critical GRC processes. You will act as an interface between business stakeholders and the technical implementation, translating complex GRC requirements into efficient, scalable, and robust low-code solutions. Your role is central to improving efficiency, enhancing data quality, and reducing manual efforts across various GRC domains.
Key responsibilities include:
⢠Understanding the business models and detailed requirements of GRC stakeholders (compliance officers, risk managers, legal teams).
⢠Collaborating closely with process owners to translate business needs into standard and efficient system-supported processes within the GRC Hub.
⢠Designing and configuring a wide range of GRC processes, from simple approval workflows to multi-stage processes with complex conditional logic and data manipulations.
⢠Defining and maintaining data models within the GRC Hub to ensure data integrity and effective reporting.
⢠Designing and developing reusable components and templates within the GRC Hub to promote standardization and accelerate future implementations.
⢠Considering scalability, security, and performance implications during the design and configuration phases.
⢠Contributing to the definition and enforcement of governance standards for GRC Hub configuration and development.
⢠Refining requirements, configuring/coding solutions within the low-code platform, and conducting thorough testing.
⢠Actively collaborating with the existing team of GRC specialists, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a cohesive development environment.
⢠Managing feedback and informing relevant internal teams about continuous improvement opportunities for the GRC Hub product/service.
⢠Aligning with process experts to ensure consistent procedural and technical application.
