- Maintain QM-system documents, implement RB QM-handbook, CDQs in RBCE, and maintain update of RBCE QM-handbook, procedures.
- Coordinate QM-Coordinators to maintain system documents, implement changes of procedures, organize trainings for employee, and participate in audits.
- Do training for internal employees of QM-system.
- Organize management review, internal audit and external audit, follow up corrective actions.
- Manage customer requirement QM-related.
- Process management and improvement.
- Others delegated by supervisor.
- Conduct internal system audit after qualification program passed.
