Installing and configuring new MES modules into existing systems with minimal disruption to ongoing production operations
鈥疻orking closely with IT service providers, plant experts, MES key users, and the central solution team to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of MES modules across all Vehicle Motion manufacturing sites
Identifying gaps in functionality, communicating these gaps, and developing technical solution proposals
鈥疨erforming system tests
Detecting software issues and using problem-solving skills and diagnostic tools to identify root causes
Consulting with customers and providing technical expertise in the installation, support, and maintenance of MES applications
Sharing experience and knowledge within the team
Performing various tasks based on customer needs
Undertaking travel activities for on-site consulting and implementation
