We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will support our Project Management Office for Bosch Türkiye Foundation.
- Acts as the point of contact between the office and internal/external clients
- Answers and directs phone calls, maintains contact lists, provides general support to visitors
- Organizes and schedules appointments, organizes travel arrangements
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Collaborates with executive and senior office assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively prepare necessary documents, information, or actions
- Plan and arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries (flights, hotels, ground transportation), considering time zones, executive preferences, and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure all necessary documents (visas, passports) are in order, and handle expense reports upon return
- Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation in a timely and accurate manner
