Optimize molding parameters for mass production to maintain and improve product quality.
Process optimization and improvement in series production for reduce cost and increase output.
Day to day troubleshooting and problem solving in the manufacturing to analyze and resolve molding defects such as short shot, flash, warpage, sink mark, burn mark, and flow lines.
Process parameter documentation release and other documented relate with a new mold tools and relocation tools.
Work collaboration closely with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Tooling teams to ensure stable operation.
Support data analysis from the trial to the internal PLA for investigate problem and sharing lesson learn with expert team.
