Position Summary:
The purpose of the position is to present the topic of performance management as country level expert, directly address the performance management topic to support the business transformation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and iterate performance management strategy and framework at country level to enable organization transformation for Bosch China
- Design, develop and implement various tools/systems of performance management to nurture business development
- Lead or participate key projects related performance management to drive high performance culture
- Counter-partner with corporate department and other countries for performance management topics
- Analyze internal data and market trend about performance development and propose valuable solutions
- Provide consultancy enabling to HR BP for performance management related topics (methods, process, tools, exchanges and workshops) in rGBs.
