Define and execute growth strategies for BYD; identify and secure new business opportunities aligned with customer technology roadmaps
Drive sales turnover and profit growth for the assigned account
Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with BYD stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and leadership
Lead executive-level engagements, including innovation days, technology showcases, and business reviews
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate internal departments (engineering, sales, operations) to ensure seamless account execution
Align all customer-related activities across domains to present a unified engagement model
Commercial & Contract Management
Lead PCR and commercial negotiations (pricing, volume, terms) in line with approved policies
Maximize financial and strategic objectives through contract and quotation management
Performance & Problem Solving
Lead cross-functional teams to solve problems and achieve targets
Monitor QCDE performance and drive continuous improvement
