Your contribution to something big:
- Supporting the organization of the Global Sales Summit, including coordination and event preparation;
- Working closely with Global Process Owners across different sales processes with both recurring and ad-hoc tasks;
- Assisting with business data analysis to generate insights and support decision-making;
- Contributing to the documentation of sales processes, including the creation of video-based content;
- Documenting processes and creating technical documentation to support first-level support activities for the Product Data Hotline;
- Assisting in the resolution of support cases, including gathering and analyzing information from various systems, primarily SAP ERP.
