Leading Role:
ā¢ Provide strategic support to the Group Leader, contributing to key initiatives and decision-making.
ā¢ Propose comprehensive execution plans for projects / task and identifying challenges.
ā¢ Drive the execution of assigned project/tasks, ensuring timely completion and reporting.
ā¢ Analyze data to establish and implement systematic procedures for routine tasks, driving continuous process enhancements, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring consistent performance.
ā¢ Mentor and support other team members by fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment to enhance team capabilities.
Functional Role:
ā¢ Product engineering support for series business to worldwide plants and for global sales.
ā¢ Creation and maintenance (ECR) of engineering documents like BOM and material master in SAP.
ā¢ Design and development of new components for hydraulic products and solutions.
ā¢ Perform engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, Design FMEA etc.
ā¢ Generate ideas and implement product and process cost reduction topics.
