You take over a project of Power Semiconductor Product managing all project-related communications, in cooperation with R&D, Manufacturing in Germany and our cooperation partner in China.
You translate customer requirements (technical, commercial, and quality) into clear internal work packages.
You plan and control the project lifecycle from concept through manufacturing setup to Serial Production (SOP) and official product release in cooperation with the joint-venture partner,
You ensure project target QCD;
You proactively manage customer expectations, handle escalations, and drive initiatives to achieve and improve customer satisfaction.
You lead a cross-functional international project team, fostering collaboration between technical experts, supply chain, and quality assurance.
You represent the project and report in review committee and to management.
