Sales policy development and implementation: Define sales strategy together with sales channel manager, Renewal of dealer agreements, rebate policies and execution.
Sales information coordination: Responsible for sales team performance tracking, collecting sales forecast and sales reports, management of dealer contracts, organizing sales review meetings/events etc.
National retail promotion activities plan and execution: support regional sales force to plan and execute local promotion (sell out) activities, improve retail sales outlets/showroom productivity.
New sales channel development: Develop new national wide Key Account such as Sunning, Gome etc. including but not limited to gas company, decoration, air conditioning, replacement market etc..
Sales process optimization and digital transformation: Coordinate digital tool application and requirement collection for improvement.
