This position is primarily responsible for the company鈥檚 government relations affairs, focusing on the declaration of government incentives, government audits, and the application and maintenance of the High-Tech Enterprise (HTE) status. The role also involves the preparation and submission of various government statistical reports.
Key Responsibilities
1 High-Tech Enterprise (HTE) Application and Maintenance
- Preparing documentation for initial and renewed High-Tech Enterprise certifications, including organizing R&D project files, intellectual property records, and related data.
- Assist in routine HTE maintenance tasks such as annual report submissions and R&D expense tracking.
2 Government Incentive Applications
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing government support policies (e.g., special funds, subsidies, tax incentives) at national, provincial, and municipal levels.
- Preparing project application documents, ensuring they are compiled, bound, and submitted in accordance with official requirements.
- Track application progress and assist in follow-up work related to fund disbursement and acceptance inspections.
3 Government Audit Coordination
- Organizing financial and operational documentation related to government subsidies or special fund projects to support government audits or inspections.
- Communicating with government authorities regarding audit requirements to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submission of materials.
4 Government Statistical Reports and Other Duties
- Completing monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports required by government authorities.
- Other controlling projects.
