Your contribution to something big:
As a Sales & Marketing Trainee, you will work closely with both the commercial and operations teams to support lead generation, campaign execution, and customer engagement initiatives. This is a hands-on internship designed to give you broad exposure across the full revenue cycle โ from top-of-funnel awareness to closing and retention.
You will be mentored by experienced professionals, participate in real projects from day one, and have the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the business.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in prospecting, outreach, and qualification of new leads
- Assist on market studies development and interpretation
- Participate in weekly Sales and Marketing team meetings
- Market Event tracking and management
- Assist in managing social media channels
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and supporting materials for client meetings
- Update and maintain the CRM system (pipeline, contacts, activity logs)
- Research target accounts and market segments to support prospecting efforts
- Presales activities: scheduling of meetings, creation of meeting minutes, reading and summarizing tenders (RFI, RFQ RFP), input collection from the different areas and final offer preparation
- Digitalization of offers and new sales initiatives
- Archive folder management
- Contribute ideas to improve workflows and communication between teams
This is an opportunity for an extracurricular internship with 12 months' duration.
