Gather regulatory intelligence and prepare periodic reports on relevant regulatory developments.
Engage proactively with regulatory authorities and represent the organization in regulatory meetings, AIS, and BIS panels.
Establish and maintain regular engagement with concerned Ministries, Government departments, and test agencies to provide updates on schemes, policies, and regulatory matters relevant to Bosch.
Track ongoing Government schemes and develop a structured process for effective internal information dissemination.
Work in close coordination with Ministries and Government departments to obtain necessary approvals related to licenses, NOCs, exemptions, and similar regulatory requirements.
Ensure all company activities are compliant with applicable government standards and reporting obligations.
Prepare white papers and policy briefs to support advocacy and strategic decision鈥憁aking.
Navigate Government procurement processes, monitor tendering opportunities, and create strategic partnership opportunities for the organization.
Identify potential business and regulatory risks in advance and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
