This role leads the development and operation of enterprise AI platforms and knowledge systems supporting Bosch Mobility Aftermarket (MA) business.
The position requires a strong combination of AI platform expertise and business understanding, particularly in automotive aftermarket operations, enterprise processes, and business knowledge systems.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design AI solutions that support decision-making, knowledge access, and operational efficiency across MA business functions such as sales, supply chain, product data, service knowledge, and enterprise processes (O2C, S2P, master data, etc.).
While deep AI engineering expertise is required, the role also requires the ability to translate business knowledge into scalable AI systems.
1. AI Platform & LLMOps Ownership
- Define and implement AI deployment and monitoring standards.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI systems.
- Monitor model performance, drift, hallucination, and system reliability.
- Define rollback and human-in-the-loop strategies.
2. Knowledge Base & RAG Architecture
- Design and manage enterprise knowledge platforms supporting Mobility Aftermarket business operations.
- Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems integrating business documentation, product knowledge, and enterprise process knowledge.
- Define document ingestion pipelines for technical, product, and business data sources.
- Collaborate with business teams to structure knowledge for AI-powered decision support and knowledge assistants.
- Continuously improve relevance, accuracy, and business usability of AI responses
3. AI Quality Engineering & Testing
- Define AI testing frameworks (functional + non-functional).
- Implement: Prompt evaluation, Output validation, Regression testing for agents, Defect tracking for AI behaviors
- Measure AI system reliability using structured KPIs.
4. Agent Lifecycle Management
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI agents supporting business workflows and enterprise knowledge access.
- Work closely with business users and domain experts to improve AI accuracy.
- Manage feedback loops from operational teams.
- Improve answer relevance for business queries, product information, and operational processes.
- Ensure explainability and traceability of AI decisions in enterprise environments.
5. Responsible AI & Governance
- Ensure data privacy and compliance.
- Implement audit logs and traceability.
- Define guardrails for enterprise AI.
- Align AI governance with Bosch standards.
6. Innovation Enablement
- Identify new AI enablement tools and technologies applicable to Mobility Aftermarket business scenarios.
- Standardize reusable AI patterns for business knowledge assistants and enterprise AI applications.
- Support PoCs addressing real business problems in sales, supply chain, product knowledge, and service operations.
- Collaborate closely with Principal AI Architect and business stakeholders.
