Your tasks:
Planning and Organizing Maintenance of the Machinery Fleet
► Develop, review, and optimize regular preventive maintenance (PM) plans to ensure the reliable operation of production equipment, machines, and tools.
► Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, taking into account project requirements and machine specifications.
► Maintain communication with manufacturers and suppliers to accurately understand and follow machine maintenance guidelines and requirements.
Tracking and Documenting Maintenance Activities
► Ensure accurate administration and documentation of maintenance work (both planned and unplanned) in internal systems (e.g., CMMS software).
► Document in detail fault symptoms, interventions, used spare parts, and completed repairs.
► Prepare maintenance reports and monitor KPIs (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, equipment utilization).
Diagnosing and Repairing Failures
► Perform fast and efficient troubleshooting in case of machine failures to minimize production downtime.
► Carry out repair work independently or as part of a team (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems).
► Apply system-level thinking to identify the root causes of failures.
Spare Parts Management
► Identify critical spare parts and monitor inventory levels.
► Define optimal stock levels and initiate reorders in cooperation with the procurement department.
► Maintain communication with suppliers to ensure fast and cost-effective procurement of parts.
Development and Optimization
► Actively participate in projects aimed at increasing machine reliability and optimizing processes.
► Provide suggestions and ideas to improve preventive maintenance efficiency, extend machine lifetime, and reduce downtime.
► Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of recurring issues and develop sustainable solutions.
