Main Objective:
Responsible for the administration of compensation and benefits under the Total Rewards concept, promoting strategic communication programs that increase knowledge, trust, and
satisfaction among associates to contribute to the attraction, retention, and motivation of associates on-site.
What challenges will you have?
- Guide the administration of the total compensation and benefits package in a fair, equitable, and competitive manner that aligns with the plant鈥檚 strategy and objectives, based on national, regional, and/or global standards. Warranty KPIs accomplishment.
- Verify that compensation practices comply with current Mexican legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.) And warranty usage of compensation tools like : way to go, PRAP, etc.
- Ensure that compensation offers for candidates and internal promotions meet internal criteria/rules.
- Develop the design of the internal salary structure (pay scales), ensuring competitiveness against the relevant market and internal equity with other Bosch sites.
- Authorize and evaluate job descriptions, analyses, evaluations, and classifications.
- Promote effective communication strategies to enhance the value of the Total Rewards offering and successful metrics.
