1. Make project time plan, execute and monitor project progress by applying in the Product Development Process, transfer project and ratio project process.
2. Lead project team (including marketing, engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchasing, and logistic etc.) and support team members to ensure completion of deliverables on time, and evaluate team members' performance.
3. Conduct feasibility study, risk appraise, budget making, cost and mark analysis
4. Coordinate whole project process, define timetable, track project status, prepare report, and take care of problems
5. Make the project cost budget plan and project calculation and control the project cost.
6. Report to the PRM (Project Review Meeting), and be responsible for communicating with stakeholders.
7. Conduct efficient Project Meeting with project team members
8. Coordinate and coach team members to ensure correct completion of deliverables on time.
