Roles & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and system-related issues in Service Management Tool, prioritizing urgency and user impact. Escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Identify areas for process optimization, develop and implement solutions, and track their effectiveness over time.
- Provide support with testing activities and maintain test documentation to support high-quality deliverables.
- Drive and safeguard data consistency across HR IT systems
- Collaborate with Global Application Support Specialists, developers and with other support teams
- Provide continuous support and consulting to the HR data maintenance country teams
- Create support and training documents
- Advise and support stakeholders on requirements and solutions
- Act as a bridge between business and IT departments in an international context
- Handling and management of Change Requests, assuring that the process is running as defined
