We are looking for a Sales Operations Responsible to support our sales teams by ensuring efficient, high-quality, and well-structured sales operations processes.
In this role, you will play a critical part in managing order processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting smooth coordination across stakeholders. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of sales operations in line with company strategies.
This position can be based in either Istanbul or Manisa, depending on business needs and candidate suitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales Teams to ensure efficient and high-quality sales processes in daily operations
- Manage customer and distributor order processes, including order creation, updates, delivery, and stock tracking
- Handle bonus processes and related documentation
- Prepare and analyze daily and weekly reports on orders, backlogs, inventory, campaigns, and bonuses
- Take part in special sales processes (e.g., warranty return processes) and manage related tasks
- Follow up on customer/distributor financial accounts and coordinate with relevant departments
- Ensure accurate and timely data flow among stakeholders regarding sales operations
- Execute processes in line with defined standards and ensure data and process quality
- Evaluate complaints and improvement suggestions and take necessary actions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales operations processes
