1/ Employer Branding
- Assist country鈥檚 PIC for Personnel Marketing/Talent Relationship Management primarily with communication and design tasks for various internal & external audiences to maintain Bosch鈥檚 reputation as Employer of Choice
- Collaborate with HR locations, corporate communication teams & external partners on project planning and execution
- Upkeep templates, case studies, and creative documents in accordance with corporate branding guide in department database
2/ Employee Engagement
- Ideate, organize employee engagement projects, and perform pre- + post-project evaluations and reports
- Assist with project logistics & onsite event management
- Proactively handle & troubleshoot any arising issues on event day
3/ Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
