Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key User Manager to drive sales, profit, and strategic relationships with large professional users in the Construction, Infrastructure, and Energy sectors in Southern Vietnam. The role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with major construction contractors, waterproofing & civil contractors, power & energy plants, electrical panel manufacturers, and utility companies.
Core Responsibilities
- Full ownership of sales turnover and profit targets for assigned Key Professional Users (KPUs) in the Construction & Energy segment in Southern Vietnam.
- Identify, acquire, and develop new key professional users while expanding and deepening the existing customer portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term strategic relationships with decision-makers (C-level, Project Directors, Technical Managers, Procurement Heads) at large construction companies, EPC contractors, and energy/utility firms.
- Implement central user-marketing strategies and develop customer-specific solutions to increase Bosch Power Tools market share.
- Ensure the optimal product and service mix tailored to each key user’s specific applications and requirements (construction sites, infrastructure projects, power plants, electrical systems).
- Act as the main interface and coordinator with internal stakeholders (Product Management, Marketing, Technical Support, ASA, Logistics, Finance) to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives across Bosch Power Tools portfolio and related divisions.
Key Tasks
- Proactively acquire and manage key projects and tenders from large construction and energy customers.
- Negotiate and close frame contracts (long-term agreements) with key professional users in an entrepreneurial manner.
- Manage customer contact data, maintain direct high-level relationships, and ensure smooth internal coordination.
- Conduct in-depth customer portfolio analysis to understand decision-making processes, project pipelines, and infrastructure needs.
- Provide structured feedback to internal teams on user demands, applications, pain points, and market trends in construction and energy sectors.
- Monitor and ensure the fulfillment of added-value services (logistics, 1st level technical support, financial solutions, after-sales service).
- Deliver commercial and product training to the customer’s sales and technical teams.
- Organize Key User events, technical seminars, and solution demonstrations tailored for construction and energy customers.
- Develop direct sales activities while ensuring no conflict with retail channels.
- Drive TGS (total gross sale) responsibility for Key User Partnership Customers, including retail sell-out and partnership development.
