1. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and reports to support business operations and management decision-making.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using Power Query, DAX, and SQL.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across multiple data sources (SharePoint Lists, Excel, SQL databases, ServiceNow, ITFM systems).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, data visualization requirements, and insight-driven reports for IT and operational excellence initiatives.
2. Low-Code / No-Code Development
- Develop and deploy scalable solutions using Low Code / No Code platforms, including Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio); OutSystems, n8n, or similar tools.
- Automate business processes through custom workflows, data connectors, and integration with APIs and third-party systems.
- Implement security, governance, and performance best practices for Power Platform solutions.
- Maintain and continuously improve existing applications and dashboards to ensure reliability and user satisfaction.
