2. Troubleshoot on-site issues for OEM customers, quickly diagnose overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, communication abnormalities and other faults, and issue commissioning and fault reports.
处理OEM客户现场故障，快速排查过流、过压、过载、通讯异常等问题，出具调试及故障报告。
3. Provide technical support for the sales team, participate in technical communication, solution presentation, bidding response and prototype testing.
为销售提供技术支持，参与项目技术交流、方案讲解、标书应答及样机测试。
4. Conduct training for customers and internal staff on inverter operation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
对客户及内部人员进行变频器操作、维护保养、基础故障排查培训。
5. Collect industry application cases, establish commissioning templates for typical working conditions, and feedback product issues to PM and R&D.
整理行业应用案例，建立典型工况调试模板，反馈产品问题给产品和研发。
6. Complete project documentation, after-sales follow-up and technical document compilation.
完成项目资料归档、售后回访及技术文档编写工作。
