Job Title: User Sales Manager (Tool specialist)
Your key responsibilities include:
- Target and active development, maintenance and growth of existing users (e.g. big construction sites, manufacturing sites etc.)
- Target and Introduce NEW users to Bosch Professional Tools, Accessories and Measuring Tools
- Identifies and drives business opportunities within respective area in conjunction with our dealer network.
- Cold calling and targeting industries showcasing the latest Bosch innovations.
- Supports user conversion and user retention by daily visits in building up a close user relationship
- In close collaboration with Business Development managers to process large key professional users and their subsidiaries
- Actively representing innovations across our Professional tools, accessories and Measuring tools to key professional users and their buying centre on regular basis
- Training and deployment of test tools at key professional user and our distributors
- Support on rollout of won tenders within respective area
- Digital user processing within CRM incl. follow up management with key professional user
- Working with Key Distributors to develop End user business
- Actively Train our Key Partners and Pro Colleges
- Support at Key Trade shows
