Your Role
As an Operations Engineer, you translate complex technical requirements into smart, manufacturable designs that balance quality, cost, and lead time â from concept to production. You are responsible for creating complete and productionâready designs while continuously improving manufacturability and efficiency.
You work closely with Engineering, Production, Sales, and external partners, playing a key role in delivering reliable, highâquality solutions to our customers worldwide.
What Youâll Do
Prepare & Analyze
- Review specifications, standards, and planning data for completeness and accuracy
- Identify missing or unclear information and coordinate solutions with stakeholders
- Assess planned engineering work and timelines, and flag deviations proactively
Design & Engineer
- Create and modify designs, calculations, drawings, manuals, and order documentation
- Develop and maintain clear, optimized production documentation
- Engineer costâeffectively and actively propose design and process improvements
- Participate in design and peer reviews (fourâeyes principle)
- Release materials and components in SAP
- Align technical details with customers, certification bodies, and internal teams
- Evaluate change requests and assess technical and commercial impact
- Manage and improve CAD libraries and engineering tools
Support & Collaborate
- Support Sales with concept engineering, initial sketches, and technical input
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering and production processes
