Responsibilities:
Responsible for Heat Pump Sales in East China
Leading Business:
- Definition and delivery of short-, mid- and long-term sale target according to strategies in responsible region
- Implementation customer strategy by breaking down the generic and cluster-specific strategies to each regional customer
- Channel Development (Identifying and contacting prospective customers and building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business in both retail and project channel)
- Channel Management (Guide dealers to implement Bosch sales strategy, cross selling and promotion campaign etc.)
Leading Others:
- Lead the regional sales staff via clear and structured policy deployment and support the team members’ development to ensure continuously motivated, passionate, highly qualified and efficient regional sales staff
- Provide coach and be the role model to the reginal sales staff on channel development and management
- Cooperate with other cross function departments/teams regarding any topics that are sales-related or need support by regional sales teams
Leading Myself:
- Build up of good relationship with relevant stake holders in the region (dealers, end customers, etc.) with the aim to increase customer loyalty and the highest possible share of wallet at each customer
- Continuously aim for customer orientation and implementation of excellent sales process
- Manage Sales Report with region and dealers’ business information
