Target definition, deployment and achievement on business requirements. Systematic improvement of business processes.
KPIs-Safety , Quality and Internal defect cost , Cost per 1000 Placements, CPH ,Technical availability
Competence management and personal development/coaching of the team members.
Defining competence Dialogue, Communication with internal customers and stakeholders towards high level of co operation.
Maintains regular contact with his team and all stakeholders to understand and address
opportunities for improvement and hurdles in respect to target achievement.
Initiation and Moderation of CIP activities (productivity improvement, RPP projects)
Controlling the capital budget and expenditures in related area.
MBR reporting for capital expenditure for Projects and reviews with stakeholders.
Alignment with central functions on manufacturing standards and process technologies.
Participate in the Design reveiw of MAE for projects or customized requriement.
Perform the Layer process audits for each process with the responsible process owner / specilist of your team.
Participate in seminars/ conferences / key visit to demonstrate the domain expertise.
