Technical Project Manager(e Machine)_ EM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead E-Machine project execution, ensuring targets on timeline, cost, quality, and scope
• Define and align project targets with stakeholders; maintain Project Charter & Management Plan
• Drive cross-functional team collaboration and resource coordination
• Track milestones, requirements, risks, budget, and product cost
• Lead regular project meetings and report status to steering committee and customer

Scope of Work

• Manage project according to internal processes (e.g., FLOW)
• Lead weekly team meetings and KPI tracking
• Monitor project milestones, risks, budget, and cost (TCAT)
• Prepare steering committee materials (bi-weekly)
• Support sub-project reviews and ensure overall alignment
• Interface with customers on project progress

• Project timeline & milestone plan
• Risk management (e.g., SuperOPL)
• Cost tracking (TCAT)
• Requirements status reports
• Quality milestone tracking
