As an HR Business Partner in Lisbon you will play a dual role, combining business partnering responsibilities, with a strong involvement in HR governance with the regional Iberia team. You will act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers in Lisbon, while driving consistency, compliance, and efficiency across HR policies and processes in Portugal. This position provides a unique opportunity to develop both business partnering advisory and governance expertise within a structured international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to managers and employees, supporting organizational and people-related topics
- Drive HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, offboarding, performance, and development activities
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and compliance with internal frameworks, labour law, and audit requirements
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making and workforce planning
- Contribute to the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and frameworks
- Support regional HR initiatives, including international mobility and cross-country alignment activities
- Translate people data and insights into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders
