Job Description

Assist in delivery and receiving insurance related documents (PVI Insurance, Social/ Health/ Unemployment insurances).
Assist in process tax documents
Check and prepare HR-related documents
Consult associates for HR topic at the HRS counter and by email (such as welfare, dependent, social insurance, payslip...)
Support to collect and input data for monthly salary period.
Pfile and e-file: Be responsible for filling both hard and soft copies.
Support on-boarding process: manage deliveries and receiving of documents, arrange and restore documents...
Other ad hoc tasks from supervisor
